Your Menu Design
We design each food experience with our client’s vision in mind, bringing in seasonal flavors from local purveyors, farmers and artisans. Our signature dishes and hand-crafted cocktails feature fresh herbs and vegetables grown in our own Templeton Estate garden. Guests may enjoy local sustainable seafood from Morro Bay, and proteins humanely raised from neighboring farms. We are happy to accommodate your request for vegetarian, vegan and other dietary preferences.

Oak & Vine invites you and your guests to spend an hour in the kitchen with Chef Justin learning the technique and lifestyle of Central Coast cooking. Classes include: Garden to Table, Pasta Making, Butchery, Sausage Making, Sushi Rolling, Grilling, and Plant-based Cooking.
Pricing starting at $250, plus the cost of food.
At the Bar
Add a mixology lesson to your next dinner party, or we can bring in a private bartender to create custom cocktails for the evening. Classes by Mixologist Colin Pflugradt include: Margarita 101, Intro to Mixology, and Tequila, Mezcal, and Spirit Education.

Meet Our Team
Chef Justin Monson graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde park, New York in 1990, as well as obtaining his sommelier accreditation’s. After an apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Chef Justin worked for the renowned Auberge de Soleil Resort in Napa Valley. He then went on to open a fine dining restaurant, called The Vine, in San Clemente, California, and then to become the Executive Chef at Disney’s super exclusive Club 33. Chef Justin says he has fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to the Paso Robles area, where he is proud to showcase his many talents as Executive Chef at Oak & Vine.
MIXOLOGIST & HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR
Colin Pflugradt is our award winning in-house Mixologist and Hospitality Director. He has been in the bar and restaurant industry since age 16, and specializing in his artistry of creating signature, craft cocktails for the last decade. Colin has successfully created and maintained beverage programs for multiple restaurant menus, and managed the drink program company wide in his role as Beverage Director at SOL Mexican Cocina for 10 years. His position with SOL gave him the opportunity to visit and explore the bar and restaurant industry in Mexico, where he discovered his particular passion for creating spirits featuring Tequila and Mezcal. Colin is excited to bring his enthusiasm for craft cocktails and love of food and wine to Oak & Vine.
