The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine

The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine is available now! The larger of the two Estate homes sits at the highest point of the property, allowing for breathtaking vineyard views from all sides. Vineyard house features 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 21 guests. The home welcomes guests with a courtyard patio and outdoor fireplace. Inside, guests will enjoy a Chef’s kitchen, complete with @fisherpaykel appliances and a fully equipped bar. The expansive living room features a stone fireplace as the centerpiece, as well as vaulted ceilings and a digital grand piano. Each of the 8 bedrooms are furnished with @puffymattress, luxury linens and modern fixtures. Additional amenities include a library, a laundry room, and a large multipurpose room, equipped with A/V capabilities and ideal for meetings and group activities.

We had the pleasure of partnering up with @eberleboar for the Paso Robles Rotary Club’s Annual Winemaker BBQ Cookoff. The event benefits local high school students awarding them with scholarships for college. The event brings together winemakers and chefs to duke it out for the best BBQ dish. Up against tough competition, with 32 teams competing, we are thrilled to share that our dish: BBQ Pork Belly Bao Bun with a Watermelon Zinfandel BBQ Sauce, Cole slaw, and pineapple relish; took home the coveted first place trophy with the judges and second place with the popular vote! Such a fun event, amazing turnout, thank you to all who voted for us, and we look forward to defending our crown next year! 🏆

A few weeks back we had the pleasure of catering Aaron Wines 20 Years Of Petite Sirah dinner. The celebration took place in the Caelesta Vineyard. Guests enjoyed Seared Ahi, Pork Belly, Pan Roasted Scallops, Oak Grilled Ribeye, Moroccan Spiced Swordfish, and for dessert, Strawberry Cheesecake. Congratulations to Daniel and @spencerjohnson We had the honor of catering their beautiful wedding last Saturday at @ravawinesweddings in Paso Robles. Menu featured tray passed canapés Strawberry Gazpacho Shooters, Hamachi Crudo, Duck Confit and Beef Carpaccio Toasts, followed by a three-course dinner featuring Red Wine Braised Short Rib, Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon, and Oak Grilled Cauliflower Steak. One of our all-time favorite wedding menus. We had a blast. Thank you and cheers to the happy couple and their family.

Great way to spend a Sunday! Oak & Vine was invited to partner with @fourlanternswinery for this year’s Pinot and Paella Festival in Templeton Park. We made a 5 meat Paella (Duck breast, Quail, Chicken Thighs, Spanish Chorizo, and Pork Belly) to pair with Four Lanterns first ever Pinot Noir release. While we didn’t win this year, we are already game planning to take first next year.
